By using the services of Camilaviero Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Camilaviero Co. acts as a vehicle shipping agent, coordinating transport between customers and licensed motor carriers.

3. Quotes and Payments

All quotes are valid for 7 days and subject to carrier availability. Payment terms are specified at booking.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations prior to dispatch are free of charge. After dispatch, fees may apply.

5. Liability

Vehicles are insured by the assigned carrier. Claims must be noted on the bill of lading at delivery.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
